Reema Chitalia’s journey is a testament to how passion and dedication can drive transformative success. After earning her master’s degree from the University of Chicago, she worked at Deloitte, where a volunteer experience with the NGO Ustrive sparked her passion for education. This led her to found EduFiT as a one-woman operation, initially as a sole proprietor.
Through her vision and perseverance, EduFiT grew into a company with over 50 employees, eventually transitioning into a C-corp. Today, EduFiT specializes in 167 types of test preparation, including SAT, ACT, AP exams and Olympiads, among many others. Reema’s leadership is further bolstered by a high-profile advisory board, featuring Namita Thapar, a judge on Shark Tank India, and Harish Menon, a former executive at the College Board.
Her story exemplifies the power of purpose-driven entrepreneurship, scaling from humble beginnings to leading a renowned education company.
