  • Analyze user engagement and propose data-driven improvements

  • Brainstorm ideas to improve onboarding, retention, or traffic

  • Help with operational tasks, research, and internal strategy

  • Experiment with growth loops, referral ideas, and campus ambassador programs

You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of mini-projects and share your own ideas.

  • Undergraduate students who are proactive, curious, and eager to learn

  • Strong communication skills (written and/or verbal)

  • Interested in marketing, growth strategy, product development, or startups

  • Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently

  • No prior experience needed — just drive and interest in helping build something meaningful

🌱 What You’ll Gain

  • Experience working with a mission-driven digital platform

  • Exposure to real-world growth, marketing, and product thinking

  • Opportunities to take initiative and lead small projects

  • A letter of recommendation upon successful completion

  • Mentorship, feedback, and flexibility to fit your academic schedule

  • Portfolio-building work that you can speak to in future applications
